Support to the Cyprus Energy Regulatory Authority (CERA) on regulatory topics related to the organisation and restructuring of the energy market

The project aims to assist CERA to develop its expertise and competencies to cover a broad range of regulatory activities, with the aim to develop regulatory instruments ie policies, mechanisms and operational practises, required for the implementation of Regulators tasks in line with best regulatory practices and the EU Energy Framework (3rd Energy Package of EU, winter package of EU).
