Senior energy and environment analyst
Anna Flessa has more than 8 years of experience in the fields of energy system and climate modelling. She has participated as an energy expert in the development of low carbon pathways and energy efficiency policies impact assessment in the context of EU funded projects. She has also served as an instructor in capacity building activities for climate change mitigation scenario modelling. Anna contributes as a senior analyst in international projects focusing on the development of country-specific energy models and scenario-based analysis, as well as capacity building on the use of the modelling tools, development of energy databases and policy analysis. Prior to joining the E3-Modelling team, she has served as a research associate of the Energy Policy and Development Centre of National and Kapodistrian University of Athens on the energy and climate change domains. She holds a diploma on Electrical and Computer Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens.
