Dr. Nikolaos Tsanakas

Transport System Analyst

Dr Nikolaos Tsanakas is a transportation engineer, member of E3M’s transprot team. Nikolaos holds a PhD in Infra Informatics from Linkoping University and an MSc in Analysis, Design and Simulation of Transportation Systems from the University of Thessaly. He has more than 5 years of academic experience in traffic and transportation modelling and has worked on several traffic and transportation-related research projects. Among his main interests are the micro and macro simulation of transport systems as well as the estimation of traffic demand and vehicular emissions.
