Transport & Economy Analyst
Tamara Apostolou holds a BSc in Maritime Studies from University of Piraeus and a MA in Applied Economics from State University of NY, College at Buffalo. She is currently a PhD candidate in Maritime Business Strategies at the University of Piraeus. Following a traineeship with the EC in 2011, she cooperated with E3MLab on the background work for the preparation of the Alternative Fuels Infrastructure Impact Assessment during 2012. She then continued with a career in dry bulk shipping for over 7 years. Her previous work focused on the identification and analysis of commodity- and shipping-related trends that impact freight markets and chartering strategies, as well as the impact of environmental regulations on shipping investment decisions.
